1. All of the chocolate decorations and transfers in our standard range are now printed with 100% natural dyes and contain absolutely no azo or nanoparticles.
2. All of the personalizing dyes are still available. But you can also opt for our 100% responsible alternatives.
3. We truly care about giving you a full line of 100% responsible decorations, so we are working hard to find natural alternatives for our accessory products like sprays and powders.

“I wanted to create a sleekly designed dessert shaped like a flower and topped with powdery colors. On one of my trips to Japan, I had brought a room fragrance diffuser that was shaped like a flower. I was inspired by it and asked the team from the Valrhona Signature Atelier Création to work on a mold based on that shape.
After doing some initial 3D visuals and prototypes, we quickly managed to create this mold with its deliberately graceful and curved form.” Claire Heitzler, Master Pastry Chef.
