1. My orders

  • You can find your invoices in the My Invoices section of your account.

Where are my datasheets?

  • If you are logged into your corporate account, you can download the datasheets directly from the product pages.
  • If the datasheet you want isn’t available, please use the Help button to contact our customer service department and request it.

 

4. My contact details

My store and/or test kitchen is relocating. How do I change my address?

  • Make any address changes in writing by clicking on the Help button and filling out the form or send an email to scvalrhona@valrhona.fr

5. Log into my personal account page

I am a professional. How do I get a personal account page on Valrhona.com?

  • Once you create an account on the Valrhona website, you will be able to access all the documents (invoices and credits) as well as other marketing materials and additional recipes.
  • Click on this link to create your corporate account.

I lost my password.

  • Go to the log in page and click on “Generate a new password”

Change my password

  • You can change your password in your account by going to My Profile --> My Account Settings.

 

6. The digital Essentials

I’m a Valrhona client and want to use Essentials online.

  • You must have an account on valrhona.com to log into Essentials online.
    If you don’t have a valrhona.com account yet, click here  
    If you already have a valrhona.com account, log in and find Essentials here  

I am logged in but cannot find the full Essentials catalogue or the recipe creation feature.

  • Only Valrhona clients logged into the website can access the Essentials Online module.
  • If you think your user account has not been given the right permissions, please click the help button to contact our Customer Service department.

How do I recalculate an Essentiel?

  • To recalculate an Essentiel recipe, just click on the Valrhona product written in the ingredients list and choose the one you want to use.
  • The recipe will adjust to it automatically. You can also change the total weight of the mixture to get your exact quantities.

How do I add or delete an Essentiel from my favorites?

  • To add an Essentiel, just click on the heart on the top right corner of a recipe.
  • To delete it, click again on the heart on the top right.
  • A recipe is in your favorites if the heart is colored gold and it has not been added if it is empty.

How do I print an Essentiel?

  • To print an Essentiel, click on the Printer icon on the top right corner of the recipe. This creates a PDF file that you can then print out.
  • Make sure you have chosen the product you want to use before clicking on the Printer icon.

How can I share or send an Essentiel?

  • To share an Essentiel, click on the Paper Airplane icon on the top right corner of the recipe.
  • Then you can enter the email address for the person you want to send it to, your email address and a message. Click Send to share your recipe.

How do I create a recipe on the Essentials website?

  • The Create a Recipe feature is only available on tablets and computers. But finished recipes can be accessed on any device, including smartphones.
    Simply click on CREATE A RECIPE to create any recipe you want:

- These three steps will guide you through the process of creating a recipe from scratch:
          Step 1: Give your recipe a name and enter the number of portions, servings, etc.
          Step 2: Write the steps for making your recipe (as many as you want) and then click to finish your recipe
          Step 3: You can also add a photo of your recipe if you want, you can upload a picture from your phone


- With this three-step recipe template, you can make any adjustments to one you already created.
You can save your recipe at any time and come back later to finish it. Just click the Save button on the top right corner and finish it when you want.

7. Labelling service

How do I log into your labeling service?

  • Simply go to the etiquettes.valrhona.com website and log in using the same username and password that you use for valrhona.com.
  • If you are already logged into valrhona.com, just click on “Valrhona Client? Log in” and you will be logged in automatically.

What is the labeling service for?

  • When you sell your prepackaged assortments, you have to affix a label providing consumers all the information required by law. 
  • This service allows you to display all the information about the products you purchased from our line of bonbons and confectionery.

How do I create labels?

  • First login

1. The first time you log in, you are required to accept the General Terms of Service
2. You will then be asked to create your workshop, which is where you package and sell your assortments. Follow the instructions provided.

1. Click on “Create a label”

2. Choose the production/retail workshop for the assortment you want to create the label for. Then select a name to help you easily locate your label in the “My Labels” section. Confirm. 

3. Click on the round button to select the products you are going to put in your assortment. It will turn gold when selected. 

4. Enter the number of items or the weight/product selected

5. There is a box on the bottom of the page to enter the total weight of your bundle. Please be aware that the weights we provide may vary, so you must weigh your own assortment. The weight shown on your label should be the same or less than the net weight of your assortment. (Note: The net weight is the weight of all your products without the packaging.) Confirm. 

6. Check your assortment and the total weight in the summary table. 

7. Enter your product name and be sure it is correct and exact. You will find the name of each product you selected in the summary table. Your product name should include all of them. For example, if all your names are “chocolate bonbons,” then you need to enter “assortment of chocolate bonbons.” If you have three products named “chocolate bonbons” and one called “confectionery,” then you need to enter “assortment of chocolate bonbons and confectionery.”

8. Next, enter the batch number, which is required for tracing your products. For example, put the first three letters of the day and the production date. So if you produced your bundle on Tuesday, April 9, 2019, enter “TUE040919”

9. Enter the Use-By Date (UBD): the date before which the product is considered “good.” To do this, you need to compare all dates marked on each of the purchased products and enter the nearest or soonest date. 

10. Choose the best label format for the size of your packaging. 

11. Confirm and a PDF of your label will be generated and ready to print.

I clicked on generate my label but nothing happened. 

  • In the “My Labels” section, click on the three dots on the right and then click on “Duplicate.” Your label will have the same name as the previous one plus the word “Copy.”
    This feature allows you, for example, to keep the label you've already created and just change a product in the new one.

How do you duplicate a label? And what is it for?

  • In the “My Labels” section, click on the three dots on the right and then click on “Duplicate.”

How do I edit a label?

  • In the “My Labels” section, click on the three dots on the right and then click on “Edit.” Your label will open and you can make changes. Please note that the new label will override the old one, so you cannot get it back once it's edited. To keep the previous version of your label, remember to duplicate it before using the “Edit” feature.

How do I delete a label?

  • In the “My Labels” section, click on the three dots on the right and then click on “Delete.”
  • A window will appear asking you to confirm the request to delete.
  • Once confirmed, this cannot be undone.

Why is there an “eye” icon on my label? 

  • It lets you print the production file for your bundle.
  • You can also print this file to use the summary to reproduce your package. Just click on the printer icon to print it out.

Can I create a label from my phone or tablet? 

  • Our website can be accessed from a cell phone or tablet.
