Cité du Chocolat created a special space just for the little ones where everything is built at their height and the only goal is to have fun. In 2005, Valrhona began fulfilling a dream to share its educational and technical experience with enthusiastic home pastry chefs.
Improve your delectable desserts by working with dough and learning pro tricks of the trade from the world's best master pastry chefs!

All the pastry making classes are held either in the kitchens at the professional school or at Dulcey Lab on the upper floor of Cité du Chocolat.
The curious and diehard fans alike can take classes on topics like breakfast and macarons that last from 30 minutes to two days.
