Recipe steps


  • 2Speculaas Biscuits
  • 10 clCELAYA
  • 8 clCold Milk
  • 3 clCold espresso (optional)
  • SQIce cubes
  1. Break the 2 Speculaas biscuits and the amaretti into pieces.
  2. Place the pieces in a blender.
  3. Pour in the Celaya, cold milk and cold espresso (if required).
  4. Add in a few ice cubes.
  5. Blend for 10 to 15 seconds, then serve in a glass.

Assembly and finishing

Tips : you can use 1 Amaretti biscuit (approx. 20-25g) instead Specullas biscuits.
